Important: This Compact Handle Bar is designed to provide balance and stability only. It is not intended to support your full body weight and should not be used for exercises where you lean, hang or place significant pressure on the handle, including Barre workouts. For full weight-bearing support, we recommend our Quick-Release or Fixed JumpSport Support Handles.
